1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "AGB") apply to all contracts concluded between SolarPowerK and customers via the website https://www.solarpowerk.com.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Section 2: Contract Formation

2.1 The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

2.2 By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart.

2.3 The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

Section 3: Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include the applicable statutory VAT.

3.2 Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.

Section 6: Warranty

6.1 All products come with a statutory warranty period of two years from the date of delivery.

6.2 Customers are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund for defective products.

7.2 For minor breaches of contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

9.1 We are not obligated and do not participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.
